How do I make a booking?
Either fill in the inquiry form on the website or phone John on 61(0)3 90164187 so I can confirm the availability and the rate for the requested apartment then fill out the online rental agreement to confirm the booking.
Are there any other charges associated with a booking?
There are no other charges. The displayed rate for the month and number of nights is the total amount per night in Australian dollars. This also includes cleaning at the end of your stay as well as laundering of used towels and bed linen.
When do I pay for a booking?
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and the balance is paid one month before you arrive.  
How do I pay for a booking?
Payment can be made by Direct bank transfer via internet banking,  cheque or depositing cash into bank account.
For credit card payments there is a 2% fee  
What happens if I cancel a booking?
If you decide to cancel the booking up to 2 months before you arrive, there is a full refund of the deposit and any balance paid. From 2 months to 4 weeks before the booking, 50% of the deposit and full amount of any balance paid. Within 4 weeks of your arrival at the apartment, Nil refund of  any amounts paid.
Do I need to pay a security bond?
Generally there is no need to pay a security bond when staying in these apartments.
Is there Internet access in the apartments?
Yes all the apartments have free access to the internet and apartments 1,2,3,and 4 also have a laptop.
Are there phones in the apartments?
Yes all the apartments have a phone. Calls made to fixed lines in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and also E.U. countries are free of charges.
What are the usual Check-in and Check-out times?
Normally the check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am, however if the apartment can be made available earlier for check-in, it will be at no additional cost. Also the same arrangement for check-out times.
I s there anywhere to leave luggage if I arrive earlier?
If you arrive earlier than 3pm and the apartment is not ready,  you are able to leave your luggage in the apartment while the cleaner is there from 11am.
Do I need to collect the keys for the apartment in Paris?
Under most circumstances, there is no need to meet anyone in Paris to collect keys. The apartments use keysafes on the doors which contain keys to get into the apartments. The buildings need security codes to enter, and if a key is needed for the stairwells or lifts then that is posted out to you before you get to Paris.
What happens if I lose a key or the it is stolen?
If the key to the apartment is lost or stolen, It will result in necessitating a lock replacement for the apartment which is a costly exercise in Paris. It is recommended to put the key in the keysafe whenever you leave the building and only take the stairwell keys with you.For security reasons, please remember to keep stairwell keys, access codes and address of the apartment separately.
Is there any tourist information in the apartments?
The apartments contain some tourist information as well as a set of cards with a map and commentary on different walks around Paris.
Are there any facilities for washing clothes in the apartments?
Apartment 1,2 and 3 have a washing machine with a dryer combined. Apartment 4 and 5 have a washing machine without a dryer. There are also folding clothes racks in each apartment for drying clothes.
