This stylish studio is in a fantastic location situated in one of the most elegant districts of Paris, on the left bank between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides (where Napoleon is buried) and close to the famous Boulevard St. Germain.
Rue St. Dominique is a wonderful street full of boutiques, excellent restaurants, delicatesens, cafés and boasts some of the best pastry shops in town. There are 3 supermarkets within 2 minutes of the apartment and the rue Cler market is a 5 minute walk away.
The Eiffel Tower is actually at the end of the street and is the first thing you see as you open the door ! The Invalides, Musée de Branly, Bateaux Mouches, Latin quarter, and Champs Elysées are all close by.
Metro staion is the Tour Maubourg or Invalides providing easy access to
both airports and all of Paris.
THE STUDIO APARTMENT in Rue St. Dominique
The building was constructed for the workers building the Eiffel Tower at the turn of the century.
It is approximately 26sq metres in area with an oak parquet floor.
This quiet apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift, double glazed windows overlooking a
courtyard and although this is a studio, the bedroom area can be closed off from the living
area by sliding Japanese doors.
The bed and sitting areas are comfortably furnished and the kitchenette has a
micro-
toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery,pots & pans etc. Bed linen and towels are provided.
It can comfortably sleep up to 2 adults and a child, and the heating consists of individual electric thermostat wall panels in each room. Just set and forget and the apartment maintains an even temperature.
