 THE STUDIO APARTMENT  in  Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth    

The Apartment is in a mid  1800’s building, renovated in 2010 and is approximately 22sq metres in area,

 with exposed oak beams in the ceilings. It is on the second floor, bright, sunny,

with  double glazed windows overlooking the court yard.

It can comfortably sleep up to 2 people, ( bed is  a queen size but it can split into two separate beds)

and  the heating consists of individual  electric thermostat wall panels in each

room, maintaining an even temperature.  

 There is ample storage for clothes and luggage.

The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, saucepans, kitchen utensils,

coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer,  stereo / dvd, unlimited internet, cable TV.

 Studio sleeps 1- 2 from $140 per night. Less  for off  peak and longer stays

 Located on Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth in the Marais, close to Rue Bretagne, a street

 with wonderful food shops, cafes and one of Paris’s oldest indoor markets. A short stroll

will take you to  Les Halles and the Pompidou Centre.   

  The surrounding area boasts many cafes, restaurants and food shops, a  supermarket  and a short

stroll to Rue Montogueil in the 2nd arrondissement

Place des Vosges is within a 15 min walk and it's an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter,

St. Michel,  the Pompidou Centre and Hotel de Ville.

Metro station Arts et Metiers (line 11) or   Republique Metro  (line 3,5,8,9,11) Both a couple of minutes walk

Easy access from CDG airport by RER train to Gare du Nord then change to line 5

 direct to  Republique Metro stop. Around 45 mins  from the airport to the apartment.
