GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Smoking Policy

Please don't smoke inside the apartment.

 Security Bond:

No security bond is necessary.

The  Client  agrees to leave the property in the same state as when The  Client entered the property.

Balance and Deposit:

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The balance of money must be paid no later than four weeks

 before your arrival at the apartment.

Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel the booking up to 3 months before the booking , there is a full refund of  deposit and any balance paid.

From 3 months to 4 weeks before the booking , 50% of deposit and full amount of any balance paid.

Within 4 weeks of your arrival at the apartment.  Nil refund of other amounts paid .

 It is recommended to have travel insurance with a cancellation policy to cover your cancellation costs.

Check in/ check out:

The usual time for check in, is after 2pm and checkout before 11am on day of departure unless prior arrangement is made.

Early check in and late check out is possible if the apartment is available.

 

Cleaning and Laundering:

Included in your rental is cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay and laundering of towels and bedlinen..

 Phone calls:

Calls made to Fixed lines  in Paris beginning with 01,09 and to Australian Fixed lines (not 1300 numbers) are free and no charges incurred.

Phone calls to mobiles phones are not free and must be paid for.. For cheaper calls to mobiles etc., a phone card is recommended.

Insurance:

 The apartment is insured for fire, and water damage. A personal travel insurance policy should be taken out

by The  Client to cover for personal injury and theft and loss of personal property.

The  Client hereby releases the OWNER from any and all claims for liability for damages to personal property or personal injury

 occurring to the  Client or to third parties invited onto the premises by the  Client during their rental.

 The  Client understands that the owner undertakes no responsibility for The  Client's personal belongings and that in case of loss,

damage, or theft to  Client's  personal property The  Client shall not attempt to recover damages from the owner.

 The  Client shall exercise reasonable caution to prevent the occurrence of theft including locking all doors and windows during

the times that he/she is not inside the apartment.

 The  Client (including all accompanying family members and acquaintances) agrees to commit no act that could disturb the

tranquility of the other residents of the building where the rental occurs. Any disorderly or unruly behaviour is the sole

responsibility of The  Client and the owner relinquishes complete and absolute responsibility if a third party is involved.

The  Client must comply with the building regulations.
